Booking Process

• To begin the booking process, please submit the booking form that can be found at the bottom of each car and experience page

• Alternatively, please e-mail us at info@tokyojdmtours.com with the same information or message us directly on WhatsApp on +8180-4950-8617

• One of our staff members will reply to the submitted e-mail address or phone number and assist with the completion of the booking, and may require additional information.

• Once all the details are received, you will receive an electronic invoice via payment link for the rental fee down payment of 40% of the total fee.

​

• All payments must be received ideally 48 hours before the booking date, but we can manage same-day bookings in some cases, depending on vehicle and staff availability.

​

• Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation email including the meeting locations and all details of the booking will be sent.
