Daikoku & Tokyo City Tour (Passenger)

Tour Overview

Experience the thrill of driving or riding passenger in your dream JDM car on a journey from downtown Tokyo to Daikoku parking area (the world's largest daily car meet and epicenter for Japan's car culture). In your selected car, we will meet in central Tokyo near Shibuya for an exciting adventure through the city! On the way to Daikoku PA, we will pass by famous monuments like Tokyo Tower and drive over Rainbow Bridge for a beautiful view of the city skyline over Tokyo Bay. Just before Daikoku PA, you will get a chance to experience what it is like to drive on Tokyo's infamous Bayshore (Wangan) highway. Once we arrive at Daikoku PA, you will have plenty of time to admire the classic, JDM, and supercars that may have stopped in for a rest in the parking area. On our way back to central Tokyo, we will pass through Shibuya Scramble Crossing for an unforgettable city drive and opportunity for photos near the famous intersection.

Drivers Liscence

You must have a valid drivers license and international driving permit/JAF Translation in order to drive in Japan and book a car. We will request to see a scan or photo of each as a part of the booking process.

Age

You must be 26 or older to drive one of our cars. If you are not yet 26, we are happy to take you on a passenger tour!

Insurance  

Insurance is included in the experience. You may use the included owner's insurance (consult the price), or you may use your personal insurance if it covers the value of the car.

Security Deposit 
The mandatory security deposit of ¥100,000 is fully refundable and is returned to you as soon as the car is brought back without any damage.

Car Meets

Although there is typically a good turnout, we can not guarantee any volume of cool or interesting cars at Daikoku or Tatsumi parking area as this is unpredictable.

Booking Requirements

Due to high volume, bookings must be made 72 hours in advance and payment must be processed 48 hours in advance.

1.) Do not overtake the lead car (if applicable)
2.) When overtaking, overtake ONLY on the outside lane (very right lane in Japan)
3.) Do not go over the speed limit
4.) Do not stay in low gears for a lengthy period of time - this can damage the engine and gearbox
5.) Do not go to close to the car in front of you (brake early)
6.) Do not accelerate hard around corners (oversteer / understeer danger)
7.) Be aware of other drivers and show courtesy
8.) No eating in the cars. Only water is allowed
9.) Do not rev the engine in any car park or outside of any buildings
10.) Use front lifters as instructed by staff to avoid scratching and scraping the bottom of the car
11.) Enjoy the drive and return safely!
